Deceptive policies and lousy service - some orders come with a no return policy, but it ain't consistent, and you gotta dig through the terms and conditions to find it. I even paid extra for faster delivery, but the company's 'inconvenience' means no returns, even if they could charge a restocking fee. Most trustworthy businesses would lay out such policies clearly when you place your order. Seriously, steer clear of this company if you can get the products from somewhere else.

This company isn't the best to work with. Next time, I'm gonna shop local.

Overall, the windows turned out pretty well, and the installation was done as we anticipated, with just a few small hiccups. It took more than 4 months to get the windows after placing the order, but considering it was during the COVID pandemic, we were okay with that. A different contractor handled the installation, and while they did a good job, they left things a bit messy and not very organized. We ended up having to fix their touch-up painting. They borrowed our vacuum since theirs was acting up. If you decide to go with this company, make sure to pin them down on a solid delivery date in the contract. When they come to install, insist on using dust screens to keep those pesky aluminum shavings from scattering all over your home. Have some exterior trim paint on hand for any touch-ups. You can let them know which windows need changing the next day so you can prep just that area of your house. It took them 4 days to install 20 windows. One screen arrived warped, but they sent a replacement the very next day.
